This visual countdown application was originally created for my 2-year-old son to assist him in earning his reward chart star by getting dressed swiftly. Previously, getting him dressed was a lengthy process, with numerous stalling tactics in play. Now, he eagerly runs upstairs at the mention of the "Countdown."

Observe as the timer progresses from green to amber to red, aiding the child in grasping that time is dwindling. As the time decreases, a delightful image gradually unveils itself, and upon completion of the countdown, the child is treated to an exciting sound effect and a spinning picture.

The background image adjusts according to the time of day, subtly hinting to your child about what part of the day the task at hand corresponds to.

You have the option to select an image from your iPhone's photo library to captivate your child even further.
